Being in the Engineering Industry for more than 30 years, we have come across a number of customer's grievances within the industry. Some of you may also be having few problems with your project supplies, for which we may be of your help!

Q. I need to place my orders early to complete the project on time, however the drawings are still not complete.

ANS: We have a solution for this situation; we can take your job on a later stage & still complete it within the stipulated time. We have mastered the technique for giving you the supplies with the fastest route. We keep a portion of our capacity ready for working at all times, for any unexpected changes in your requirements, expediting the total output from our Shop.

Q. We do not get the project supplies on time, even if promised by suppliers

ANS: Most of the engineering industry is characterized with very high uncertainty. The more the type of products one manufacture, the more will be the complexity.

In TGS we allocate time of each & every resource (machines, cranes, manpower etc.) to be used for each project / product. Not only this, we also keep some time cushion so that the product is completed in time even if there is some breakdown of the resource.

For items which take long procurement time, we try to keep some inventory with us, at least for regular requirements.

The above ensures to keep our time commitments.

Q. No supplier takes guarantee for the on-time supply of project equipment! Penalties (LD's) if at all, suppliers accept are very small and limited to a specific amount!

ANS: Yes, we do accept penalties up to large sum of supply value for not completing within the time. Being very much confident on the delivery commitments; we charge an equal bonus rate for completing the manufacturing faster.

Our delivery times for most of the supplies, would be much less than the other suppliers. What we would charge you a very small sum of the advantages that you would be getting from the faster deliveries. This is where we would be creating a large time value for our clients

Q. The Product Quality what we get is below my expectation. I can not give all the detailed specification while placing the order!

ANS: When we are involved in supplies, we strive to give you the best in class quality. We can offer you the warrantee for the service life, which not many can offer.
