The Power Sector, both Thermal and Hydel, along with the Energy Sector form the thrust area of the Growth Shop. TGS has supplied a wide variety of equipments for the power sector.
Hydel Power
For the hydel power plants, the list of supplies from TGS includes:
- Radial Gates
- Flap Gates
- Sluice Gates
- Penstocks
- Draft Tube
- Spiral Casing
- Inlet Extension Sleeves
- Upper and lower pinch liners

 Apart from these, the Company has also manufactured a wide variety of liners for coal crushers along with Dewatering Centrifuges for coal washing plants.
In the Oil and Natural Gas sector, TGS has specialized in the manufacture of Crude Columns for refineries such as the ONGC Tatipaka Refinery and large size pressure vessels for IOCL Gujarat.
For thermal power plants, TGS has exported machineries like Stator Frame (for GE, US), Turbine Base and Oil Pan to various countries. |
